The interface features a user-friendly simulated music keyboard spanning three octaves, with the capability to transpose sounds up or down by half tones, facilitating easy accompaniment with other instruments.

With access to 76 different instrument sounds and effects, users can explore a global array of timbres and cultural sounds. The wind instrument repertoire includes trumpet, oboe, clarinet, accordion, harmonica, bandoneon, trombone, tuba, French horns, saxophone, English horn, bassoon, piccolo, flute, recorder, pan flute, bottle blow, shakuhachi, whistle, ocarina, bagpipe, and shanai. Stringed instruments feature guitar, violin, viola, cello, contrabass, harp, sitar, banjo, shamisen, koto, and fiddle. Percussion options encompass vibraphone, timpani, glockenspiel, music box, marimba, xylophone, tubular bells, santur, kalimba, tinkle bell, agogo, steel drums, wood block, and taiko.

The instrument sounds extend beyond traditional tones to include ambient and environmental effects such as bird calls, telephone rings, choir harmonies, vocal oohs and space voices. Additional sound effects feature ice rain, crystal chimes, helicopter noise, applause, sea shore sounds, fifth wave oscillations, fantasy themes, and star motifs.

The keyboard notation supports multiple representations of musical notes: C D E F G A B; Do Ré Mi Fa Sol La Si; Ni Pa Vu Ga Di Ke Zo; Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha; and Ni ha ni ho he to i ro. This flexibility enhances usability across different musical traditions and notation preferences.
